RIDS member Bill Matteson presented "The Art of the Dahlia" at a spring meeting of Newport in Bloom, held in Newport on April 25, 2007.

Newport In Bloom members packed the house for Bill's presentation, which was followed by a raffle for dahlias, pots, and other gardening accessories.
